What does the market look like in the year these drug would launch, not the year the deal is signed? Because from what i observe is most of the deals are priced on today's market and they have to survive 4 to 6 years to see that market. A lot changes - Politically, economically, technologically, geo - politically and socially.

Lots can change. Just like any market, you’re anchored in some sense to near-term comps and need to balance that with your long term value calculation. That gap is where under/over value can materialize.
